A RARE DİAGNOSİS AFTER A TRAFFİC ACCİDENT AORTİC TRANSECTİON

Traumatic aortic transection is mostly seen in blunt injury and associated with motor vehicle accidents. %80-%85 of the patients die at scene incident rest who delivered to hospital ,have %20 mortality rate. Even endovascular repair, these have considerably high mortality. On other hand diagnosis prognosis has been continously improving. 
 Furthermore treatment requires a combination pharmacological surgical techniques playing very important role definitive repair. In this report we present patient admitted ER after an in-vehicle car accident.
 The possibility should always be considered cases due trauma, if there any suspicion, necessary examinations performed also cardiovascular surgeon consulted immediately.
